Our Privacy Policy explains how we and some of the companies we work with collect, use, share and protect information in relation to the provision of Service.By using Service, you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to create and post stickers, sticker packs, or other materials(collectively referred to as "Content") to the service and to share content publicly. This means that other users may search for, see, use, or share any of your Content that you make publicly available through the Service, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
Information We Collect
1) Information you directly provide us:
When you interact with our services, we collect information that you provide to us. we also collect information you share with us from third-party social network providers, and technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform. For example, some of our services require you to set up a Any of our apps account, so we need to collect a few important details about you, such as your name, username, email address and third-party social media account information. We may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as a profile picture.
When you contact customer support or communicate with us in any other way, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer or that we need to resolve your question.

Because Any of our apps is about creating stickers and sharing it with people, there is some information we collect when you access our Service, which we use to facilitate the broad range of communications offered through our Service, to provide you cool features and functionality, and to enable all the other purposes described in this privacy policy. We explain all this below:
Profile information. We collect information about your name, username, social media account information(including an email address), and profile image.
Usage Information. We collect information about your activities on the Service and stickers you make. For example, we collect information such as the time, date, viewer of a sticker and sticker pack, the number of stickers you created, etc. Also, any logs automatically created through using our Service can be collected by default or human-engaged system settings.
Content Information. Content can be construed as PII sometimes. It’s contextual. We collect Content Information as defined above. We can also make some inferences by analyzing your Content Information alongside with the activities you engage in the Service.
Device Information. We collect information about your device, including the hardware model, operating system and version, browser type and language, and mobile network information. However, we do not collect unique device identifiers (including MAC address and IMEI). We also collect certain device information that will help us diagnose problems in the (hopefully rare) event you experience any crash or other problem while using our Services. So, for example, if we detect a crash or other problematic event, we may collect the list of apps on your device and other information about your device’s performance at the time of the event for troubleshooting purposes.
Camera and Photos. To make and to save a sticker out of the stored pictures, movies, or any other materials on your Device, we might require us to use your device’s camera and photos function or any other permissions needed. We’ll access your camera, photos or any other materials on your Device. We might draw your attention and get explicit consent when we need to access your device’s camera and photos function.
Metadata. Metadata refers to technical data associated with user content. Put simply, metadata is data that describes data. For example, metadata can describe the analysis results of facial features, the characters in photos, and other elements contained in photos, which are generated and tagged by the computer algorithm and artificial intelligence. When you use the Service, we will use photo metadata to provide you with certain features including precise “Facial Recognition,” “Key-Points Recognition, “ “Region Segmentation, “Content Tags” and other custom features based on a combination of these basic features. We may use your photo metadata to provide you with more suitable filters and better photo effects when the Service processes your photos; we may also make use of the metadata to serve up more contextually relevant products or services to you.
Face Recognition. Any of our apps uses face recognition technology to recognize faces in photos. We detect facial marks to provide face recognition contents and facial manipulation features - specifically, to make Avatar. We do not use such information for identifying a specific person. This information is processed in real-time for providing features of the Service. Certain features will send, store, use and process facial recognition information, metadata, or images to/on our servers, which may include designated portions of third-party cloud service providers’ servers that we control. We permanently deletes all such information when the initial purpose for collecting the facial image data no longer exists, or, if earlier, seven days after the end of the event. You must expressly consent to our collection and use of such facial recognition technology and data in order to use the Service and you may not use the Service without providing such express consent.
We do not use Internet cookies or any other tracking technologies other than Google Analytics for Firebase and Adjust. For more information, read the ‘4) Analytics Information’ below.

If you choose to register to use the Any of our apps using your social media account details (e.g. Facebook, Google, Apple), you will provide us or allow your social network to provide us with your name, username and public profile. We will likewise share certain information with the relevant social network such as your app ID, access token and the referring URL.
4) Analytics information:
We use third-party analytics tool(s) to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.

How widely your content is shared depends on your content settings. For example, if you activate your sticker pack’s “Allow Search” option, it may be seen by any Any of our apps user via sticker search feature.
With our Affiliates. We may share information with entities within the EnDigitalUY, Inc. family of companies.
Service Providers. We may share information about you with service providers who perform services on our behalf. With respect to jointly offered services or functionality or services offered separately by other companies through our Service, we may share information about you with business partners to provide the Services and functionality you request and to communicate with you about those Services;
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. We may share information about you in response to legal process or a request for information if we believe disclosure is consistent with, or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation; to investigate or remedy potential violations of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, or others; or in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
We may share information about you with your consent or at your direction, or as otherwise provided in this privacy policy. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We DO NOT transfer, share, sell, or provide your Face Recognition data and photos uploaded for AI Avatar to third parties without your explicit consent.
6) How Long We Keep Your Information:
We store other information for longer periods of time. For example:
We store your basic account information—like your name, username, and email address—and list of stickers until you ask us to delete them.
If you ever decide to stop using Any of our apps, you can just ask us to delete your account.
Keep in mind that, while our systems are designed to carry out our deletion practices automatically, we cannot promise that deletion will occur within a specific timeframe. There may be legal requirements to store your data and we may need to suspend those deletion practices if we receive valid legal process asking us to preserve content, if we receive reports of abuse or other Terms of Service violations, or if your account or content created by you is flagged by our automated systems for abuse or other Terms of Service violations. Finally, we may also retain certain information in backup for a limited period of time or as required by law.
7) Control Over Your Information:
We want you to be in control of your information, so we provide you with the following tools.
Access, Correction, and Portability. You can access and edit most of your basic account information right in our apps. Because your privacy is important to us, we will ask you to verify your identity or provide additional information before we let you access or update your personal information. Deletion. While we hope you’ll remain a lifelong Any of our apps user, if for some reason you ever want to delete your account, just go account menu on Any of our apps app settings. You can also delete some information in the app, like stickers and sticker packs you’ve created, and search history. You can also delete your photos, Face Recognition data, and Avatar for AI Avatar service by easily contacting us via endigitaluy@gmail.com.
8) What Are Your Data Protection Rights?:
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants individuals who are in the European Union and European Economic Area (EU/EEA) the following rights, with some limitations. Users may contact us, at the address provided in the “How to Contact us” section below, to exercise any of those rights and we will respond with the requested action or information, or will let you know why that right does not apply to you.
A. Right Not to Provide Consent or to Withdraw Consent
We may seek to rely on your consent in order to process certain personal information. Where we do so, you have the right not to provide your consent, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
